Spy shots of a new Mercedes being tested!

The new Mercedes Gullwing test mule was caught doing some handling tests. AMG and HWA racing have used thier own in-house performance to develop a new sportscar.

The test car uses some Dodge Viper body panels at the rear, and it has a longer wheel base which closely matches that of the SLR. It also displays a long hood.

Uncertainty of this model is starting to circulate as rumours about the model being a smaller SLR were spread. These suspicions came from the first pictures of this car wearing a bodykit which closely resembled the R230 SL-class with serious high performance. The body kit used in the old photos were just for engine testing, and what engine they were testing is yet to be confirmed.
