Alfa Romeo considering a new more powerful, lightweight 8C Competizione

The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione is a special-edition model from Alfa Romeo which will only have 500 units produced in both 8C Coupe and Spider models. But now CEO Luca de Meo wants to make the special edition even more special with only having 100 units of the special-edition 8C Competizione.
The CEO has presented the idea to Fiat, but is yet to get the green light for the model. According to de Meo the new model will be a lightweight version with more power than the current 450hp 8C Competizione. He also said the model can be expected to carry the famous GTA badge.
The Alfa Romeo 8C Spider will be in production later next year.
