Mercedes-Benz CLS Spied in the Snow

Mercedes-Benz have been testing the next-generation CLS and spies have caught the model in the snow. The car will start selling 2011 and the images show that it is heavily disguised.

We can only see the headlights, rear lights, side mirrors, tyres and roof. There are some bits of the tailpipes which can be seen, and it seems like the front grille is shaped like two kidneys, which might be mistaken from another German company.

The CLS is expected to be powered by a range of petrol, petrol turbo and diesel turbo engines, as well as a BlueHybrid model which will use the same engine as the S400 BlueHybrid.

The AMG model might feature around 380kW, and all of the engines should feature Merc’s 7-speed gearbox.
