Fisker now accepting orders for the Karma S

According to Fisker Automotive, the Karma S in no longer a concept, as the company is now taking deposits for the Fisker Karma S, where the deliveries will start at the end of 2011.

The plug in four-door Karma hybrid sedan will be on offer if you deposit $5,000, and if you want the Fisker Karma S you will need to deposit $25,000.

Pricing has not yet been announced, but there will be 250 units which are specially configured.

The Karma S will was designed by Quantum Technologies and it features the Q-Drive powertrain, which allows for 50 miles of zero-emission driving.
