New Maserati models coming this year

Maserati have plans for the 2009 year where they will launch the new Quattroporte GTS, which was unveiled at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show, as well as the GranTurismo GTS which will be added later this year.

The GranTurismo GTS will feature a bit more power than the GranTurismo S which currently produces 440-hp from a 4.7-litre V8. Maserati’s GTS will also be connected to a fully automatic gearbox.

Maserati are also planning for a new convertible version of the GranTurismo GTs, called the GranTurismo Spyder. The Spyder model will be released in 2010, and it will be able to accommodate four passenger. We can expect the Spyder to make its debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
