Jaguar XJ Caught With BMW’s Psychedelic Camouflage

Jaguar’s redesigned XJ for 2010 is scheduled to make its debut on the 9th of July, but before this we still have a bit of time to watch Jaguar undress the car while testing.
All of the old shots of the XJ showed the model featuring radio-active protection as camouflage, but these new images reveal the mule with a BMW-like testing cover. The prototype also has a twin-kidney grille, and with the psychedelic camouflage you might not believe us when we say, this is actually the 2010 Jaguar XJ.
The XJ will feature a load of styling from the XF sedan, and although many details are still hidden, we can expect a resigned grille for the front, as well as a four-door coupe appearance.
Expect 5.0-litre V8 engines with 380kW and 625Nm of torque, as well as a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 diesel with 202kW and 600Nm of torque. There will also be a boring old 5.0-litre naturally aspirated V8.

radio active protection? that's something new. I was also fooled into thinking this was some new 8-Series. But the rear kinda gave it away.
Yeah! The old XJ photos featured a prototype so covered up it looked like it was capable of transporting uranium without leaking the radiation.. lol
