Mr Watkins has already been in the record books for the world’s lowest car, which is called the “Flatmobile”. The latest creation is 39 inches tall and 26 inches wide. It has a fibreglass shell and a steel frame.
The power comes from a 150cc single-cylinder engine with a rear-wheel-drive system. Expect 70 miles to the gallon, as well as a top speed of 40mph.
