New entry level engines have reached the Audi Q5 SUV and A4 all-road quattro models. Audi has included a new 2.0-litre TSI unit and a new 2.0-litre TDi with a common rail high-pressure injection system.
The petrol TSI motor will pump out 180-horsepower with 320Nm of torque while the diesel unit will push out 143-hp with 320Nm of torque. Both of these units will be linked to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The 2.0-litre TFSI will push the Q5 from 0-100km/h in only 8.5 seconds, where it will return a fuel consumption of 8.4-litres per 100km.
The A4 Allroad quattro will use 6.2-litres of diesel per 100km with the 2.0-litre TDI engine. Expect a 0-100km/h time of 10.3 seconds with this model.
Pricing will start at €36,800 for the 2.0 TFSI petrol and €36,500 for the 2.0 TDI diesel. The base price for the A4 allroad quattro 2.0 TDI is €37,100.
