BMW’s All-Electric Model Coming 2015 – Might Be Called The Triumph

BMW are busy testing the MINI E Cooper which runs off of electric power only. The E Mini will creating the path for a new all-electric Triumph or Wolseley model. BMW currently owns the rights to Triumph and Wolseley name.
All of the data captured from the 500 Mini E’s in testing will help benefit the new electric models by the company.
MINI has said that an all-electric model will be on sale in 2015, and it might not even be called a Mini.
“It is going to be a competitor to the G-Wiz; it will be a premium model. It won’t necessarily be a BMW or a Mini, it could be another brand like Isetta, Wolseley or Triumph,” said the spokesman.
