Pricing for the Rolls Royce Ghost has been revealed before the model has even been unveiled. RR will unveil the model at the Frankfurt show in September, but this doesn’t seem to be that important as we’ve already seen the concept model. The Rolls-Royce Ghost was previously unveiled as the 200 EX Concept not so long ago.

The Ghost will feature a 6.6-litre turbocharged V12 engine with a staggering 570-hosewpoer and an 8-speed automatic gearbox. There will be a 0-100km/h time of 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 250km/h.

“Rolls-Royce power is entirely different to anything else in the automotive world. It is delivered free from stress and exertion but at the same time must engage the driver. Ghost is about fingertip control while still enjoying a dynamic connection with the road. Equally passengers need to be cosseted from the physical sensations of acceleration, braking and cornering. Our chassis set up keeps Ghost stable and flat, preventing it from wallowing or pitching in the corners or imposing undesirable forces on those inside.” Helmut Riedl, Rolls Royce director of Engineering said in a release.

Rolls-Royce will sell the Ghost later this year in Europe where it will come with a price tag of £165,000 in the UK and 213,000 euros for the rest of Europe. The North American market should prepare to pay about $250,000 in 2010.
