9ff has apparently created a new GT9-R model in convertible form. The tuner’s previous version of the GT9-R featured a limited production of 20 units in coupe form, where it is said that the convertible will be even more exclusive.
The new model was caught on the site by a WCF reader, and it shows an image with a Dubai-set background.
The customers in the United Arab Emirates will be the first to buy one of these models, where they will then go onto the open market if they do not sell.
The 9ff GT9-R Coupe uses a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre engine with around 1120-horsepower and 1050Nm of torque. The 0-100km/h on the coupe is 2.8 seconds, where the top speed is 413km/h. Expect the convertible to boast similar times.
