Mercedes AMG Plans Unveiled – Expect An E-Class Coupe Black Series

We have inside news on the future Mercedes-Benz AMG plans, and it seems like the performance division is keeping their promise about the whole ‘horsepower war is over’ statement.

AMG has said that they will create a new Black Series model based on the E-Class coupe. The new Black Series will achieve good performance by the company using new weight reduction and new engine management technologies. There will be a new aim to better driving dynamics, rather than cutting down the 0-100km/h time.

The company has said that there will not be a standard AMG E-Class coupe, nor will there be a C-Class saloon Black Series as AMG would like to keep the limited edition models to two-door vehicles.

There will however be a new C63 AMG with a horsepower rating set between 500 and 525bhp.
