Audi’s TT RS has been modified by Sportec, a UK importer. The changes will feature a Stage One engine package that will change the total output from the 2.5-litre turbocharged five-cylinder engine to a whopping 400-horsepower.

The new kit from Sportec will remap the ECU and increase the power by 60-horsepower. The max torque will then be changed from 450Nm at 1,600rpm to 544Nm at 2650rpm.

Sportec has said that the conversion will allow for a new 0-100km/h time of 4.2 seconds which is 0.4 seconds faster than the standard time. The top speed is no longer limited to 250km/h.

The kit will be priced at £1,200, with fitting. There will also be a guarantee on the upgrades. It was said that a new set of visual upgrades will be coming in the near feature as well.
