BRABUS, the German tuner, has created a new Smart car. The new BRABUS Ultimate High Voltage has been based on the ForTwo where it features a lithium-ion battery, under the floor, to power an electric motor that has been co-developed with Tesla Motors.
The Ultimate High Voltage will do the 0-60km/h sprint in only 3.7 seconds, where the 0-100km/h time will be 9.8 seconds. Brabus obtained these acceleration times by reducing the body mass, and adding a new 61kW electric motor with 280Nm of torque.
With great power, comes great responsibility – however that is not the case here. The Ultimate High Voltage features great power, with the lack of vocals.
Power aside, the body features a small little kit, long with a cream coloured exterior which is frankly, just, uncommentable.
Inside features a unique look, with new special instrumentation to make sure that everything still works, as it should.
