While this might not be the real-deal, it is however really interesting and yet pretty, quaint. The new 2+2 sports coupe rendered here features reverse opening doors and a smooth curvaceous look which could be used as a replacement for the Mazda RX-8.
The Mazda RX-Z (pictured) was created by Romanian design student, Adrian Ciprian, who took an usual approach at designing a Mazda sports car. The student seems to have dropped all of the styling cues except for the smiley face grille which everyone seems to rave about.
This rendered design isn’t only changed looks wise, as the designer said that this car is capable of using a hybrid power train which uses a front mounted diesel engine and a pair of electric motors for the rear end.
