Dacia Has Revealed Their Competition Version Of The 2010 Duster SUV

Dacia has released the first images, and technical information, on their new Duster which is a competition 4×4. The Dacia Duster will be unveiled at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show.

The Dacia Duster was developed by Renault Spot Technologies where the competition version, here, and the standard model will have almost nothing in common. Expect similarities to be limited to the front and rear fascia.

The Duster ice-racer users a glass-fibre body with a mid-rear mounted 3.0-litre 24-valve V6 engine with 350 horsepower with 360Nm of torque. The power will go to the wheels through a six-speed sequential gearbox.

Dacia has set the weight to an overall low 950 kilograms, and this includes the double wishbone suspension arrangement and four -wheel steering system.
