Aston Martin’s new mini car, the Cygnet has been snapped in official form. The new Cygnet will be a retrimmed Toyota and it will have many design cues from that of the Toyota iQ mini-car. There will be new unique styling features as well, and this includes pop-up handles, reshaped front and rear bumpers, specific head and tail lamps and a new designed multispoke alloy wheel set.

The cabin will include new premium materials with new trim, as well as a new architecture and design. There will be a 1.33-litre petrol engine, and this is said to be the same one found in the iQ.

Expect this model to enter production around 2010 and it will have a price tag of about £20,000 to £22,000.
