Chrysler Recalls 24,177 Vehicles In Regards To A Brake Failure Problem

Chrysler will have to recall 24,177 vehicles as there is a defect in the braking system. The recall is due as the brakes could suddenly fail where things would then go wrong thereafter.

This recall will effect the 2010MY Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Avenger and Nitro, Jeep Liberty, Commander and Grand Cherokee SUV’s and the 2009MY Dodge Ram trucks.

The report said that the clip retention tab on the brake pedal pin was improperly formed, or not installed. This defect could cause a crash, and ultimately injury.
