South African car guards are quite annoying really. They are handy if you’re in a tight reversing situation, but when it comes to protecting your car.. I doubt they would be of much help. They love to ask for money, even if you sat in your car while in the parking space.

To be honest, they think that they should get cash for just seeing your car.

Anyway, this story is a bit different.

A businessman in Cape Town South Africa was very generous on Thursday as he left his R1.4million Audi R8 as a tip. The business man handed his keys over to the two car guards working at the Cable Car station on Table Mountain.

The police said that the two men were given the car and that the paper work is in order.

There is now a sticker on the bonnet with a message “A future for all”.
