The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe Will Be At The Detroit Auto Show
Auto Shows, Miscellaneous | Dean | January 6, 2010 at 01:15The new Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will make its way to the Detroit Auto Show where it will boast a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine — similar to the one found in the sedan model. The power will be pushed to 556-horsepower with 551lb-ft of torque (747Nm).
The 0-100km/h time is about four seconds, and the power will be sent to the road through a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The auto box will include paddle shifts.
Caddy’s CTS-V Coupe will have the same wheelbase as the CTS-V sports sedan, however the height will be about two inches lower.
You will be able to identify the CTS-V by looking at the bulged hood, specific front and rear fascias and the set of 19-inch wheels. Of course you will notice the lack of back doors as well. Duh.
There are no interior pictures, however the company said that there will be microfiber pieces covering the steering wheel, seat inserts and shifter.
More coming at the Detroit Auto Show.
