Ford’s 2011 F-Series Has Been Revealed

Ford’s Super Duty F-Series pickup range has undergone a bit of change. The large pickups will now be more efficient, with the Power Stroke turbo diesel V8 engine. The 6.7-litre engine will develop 390-horsepower and 735lb-ft of torque.

There will be a massive low load which ranges from 14,000 lbs to 26,400lbs.

Following the diesel engine will be a 6.2-litre V8 unit. This will have 385-horsepower with 405lb-ft of torque.

Transmission wise you’ll find the TorqShift 6-speed unit, and this is generally a automatic transmission, however, there will be manual support. This ‘box will offer SelectShift and it will control how high the transmission will be able to shift.
