Moscow Police Use Operation Human Shield To Stop Criminals Racing Away

Moscow police have pretty much shown just are crazy they can be at times. The police was forced to apologize to drivers after they ordered them to move into the path of a high-speed vehicle which they were chasing.

The police essentially used public cars to stop a criminal.

Now, while this might sound like a good idea — the public knew nothing about this. They had no idea why they had to park their cars, and they had no idea why they had to back away.

The car, traveling at high speeds, drove past a few seconds later and it damaged cars on the way past. The criminal got passed the ‘human shield’, and because of this, the police said that the public would not receive any compensation for their efforts.

Reason behind the chase? The car contained a stolen handbag. Pretty crazy, right?

The public was pretty upset about this as they could have been seriously injured. Following this, they could have been shot at if the criminal car stopped and opened fire. Dangerous stuff, indeed.
