Infiniti Says No To Leaf EV Styling

Reports have said that Infiniti have rejected a few design proposals for their version a car similar to the Nissan Leaf. Details on this matter are limited, however Infiniti executives have hinted that the Leaf is too small for the luxury brand.

Infiniti is looking for something more sportier, and more luxurious inside.

Larry Dominique, the North American vice president for Nissan and Infiniti product planning, said “… it needs to be very unique, not only in exterior design but in interior materials and in terms of its driving performance. It has to accelerate like an Infiniti. It has to be an Infiniti from the standpoint of dynamic performance.”
