Toyota Facelifts The European Corolla For 2010

Toyota’s European Corolla has received a mid-life facelift for the 2010 year. Following exterior changes will be a few adaptions to the interior.

The updated sedan will boast a new front fascia with a redesigned bumper, upper and lower grille and a set of restyled headlamps. At the back the Japanese automaker added a new license plate garnish, a set of new tail lamps and a new bumper.

Mirrors will include integrated turn signals, while the wheels will also be redesigned.

Toyota has said that the interior will include a flat-bottomed steering wheel with a thicker rim, and silver coating for the instrument panel and door handle surrounds. This finish will extend to the center console and door switch surrounds.

Equipment and technology upgrades include a remote control trunk opening function on the very key that starts the car.

Engines include the 1.33-liter Dual VVT-i and 1.6-liter Valvematic petrol engines. The diesel range hosts the 1.4-liter and 2.0-liter D-4D diesel units.
