Volvo Creates Another Racer — The C30 STCC

Volvo Motorsport is currently hard at work creating all kinds of new vehicles for racing, and we’ve already seen the BTCS in action. Next up, however, is the Swedish Touring Car which is a C30 racer based on the facelift model.

There is a new front end which is wider, and also lower, new air flow over the car, and a quote from Volvo Polestar driver Robert Dahlgren which reads “this is the fastest Volvo I’ve ever driven,”

“We’ve worked very hard to take full advantage of the new C30 facelift, spending countless hours in the wind tunnel at Volvo Cars in the process,” says Jan Andersson, Technical Director of the Volvo Polestar team.
