Ferrari Keeps Same Team For 2011 F1 Season

Ferrari has confirmed that Felipe Massa will remain alongside Fernando Alonso for the 2011 Formula One season. In fact, they went on to say that Massa will remain in the hot seat until 2012.

“I am happy to be given the opportunity to drive for Ferrari for a further two seasons,” said Massa.

Both Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa have long term contracts with Ferrari.

“We wanted to show proof of stability for the future, believing in the worth of a driver pairing that is without equal in terms of talent, speed and its ability to work together for the good of the team,” said team boss Stefano Domenicali.
