Porsche Panamera Racer Is Preparing For Its First Race

N.Technology and Porsche Racing have been working on a race car since February. The car in question is a Panamera racer and it’s said to weigh about 550kilograms less than the standard model. The engine will be a 4.8-litre V8 motor with 336kW. This amounts to 37kW more than the standard S model, but 37kW less than the Turbo variant.

Engineers have built the car around racing regulations for the Italian-based Superstar racing series.

The first race will be on the 13th of June at the Hockenheim event in Germany.
