Pricing For The US-Spec Chevrolet Cruze Starts At $16,995

Pricing for the United States specification 2011 Chevrolet Cruze has been confirmed for when it reaches showrooms in September. The pricing will start at $16,995 for the basic LS which includes a 1.8-litre engine with 138-horsepower and 168Nm of torque. The engine will be connected to a 6-speed manual transmission.

Chevrolet’s Cruze LT will feature a price tag of $18,895 and this allows for a 1.4-litre turbocharged motor with 138-horsepower and 200Nm of torque. It’s connected to a six-speed automatic gearbox at standard trim.

The Eco model will cost $18,895 and it will use a 1.4-litre turbocharged engine with a six-speed manual transmission. The Eco will include various fuel-saving technology such as low-rolling resistance tires and a different aerodynamic performance package.

The final model is the Cruze LTZ. The price tag for the LTZ starts at $22,695 and this model include a 1.4-litre Ecotec turbocharged engine with a six-speed automatic gearbox.

Feature for the various trim levels include different size wheels, 10 airbags, StabiliTrak electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes, power-rear door safety locks, air conditioning and keyless entry. As you move through the higher trim levels the vehicles include leather seats, better sound systems with harddrive storage space, heated leather seats, rear park assist, appearance packages, Bluetooth phone connectivity and controls on the steering wheel for cruise control and radio.
