Rumour Has It That Lotus Are Planning V6 Power For Exige And Elise

Lotus is currently working on new additions for the Elise and Exige range. The new changes to the two cars will include a V6 engine. Test models were recently caught and the exhaust tune hinted that there are powertrain upgrades coming soon. The engine suggested is a Toyota-sourced six-cylinder with over 200kW of power.
The engine will come from the Evora model and fit straight into the Elise and Exige range. Torque on the motor will amount to around 350Nm.
