McLaren F1 Successor To Arrive In 2012

Reports from Britain state that McLaren will launch a brand new hypercar in the 2012 year. The new model is expected to be a successor to the McLaren F1 where it will compete with the top of the range supercars.

Insiders said that the new McLaren will use a 6.0-litre V8 engine in a mid-mount setup and the top speed from this motor is said to be 386km/h.

Following this, there will be lightweight materials used, along with great stopping power from ceramic brakes.
