New Fiat Bravo Sport For South Africa — Facelifted Bravo

Fiat’s facelift for the Bravo Sport is pretty subtle as it includes a new grille and and new smoked headlights. Following this, there are two new colours: Tempesta Grey (an unusually shiny mid-tone silver) and Ballad Pearl (a creamy bronze).

Inside Fiat didn’t change much, however they did a headrest to the rear-middle passenger seat, and also rework the door panels to include reflectors.

Engine wise, the Bravo Sport will use a 1.4-litre T-Jet engine connected to a six-speed manual gearbox. The power amounts to 110kW where the fuel consumption has been dropped by 10 percent.

When in ‘Sport’ mode, the turbocharged engine will push out 110kW with 230Nm of torque — a 24Nm increase over the standard 206Nm when out of Sport mode. The 0-100km/h time comes in at 8.2 seconds where the top speed is 212km/h.

The fuel rating is set at 7.1-litres per 100km.
