Volkswagen Patents The Jetta Coupe

The Volkswagen Jetta Coupe, or New Compact Coupe, has been patented, and the images have been leaked.

The patent images reveal quite a few changes over the New Compact Coupe from the Detroit Show earlier this year, and this includes a more production-like grille, fog lamps and visible exhaust pipes at the rear end.

Although VW patented the drawings, it doesn’t mean that the vehicle will indeed look like this. But if it does reach production, it’ll probably be a Jetta Coupe.
