2011 Dodge Durango — First Images & Details

Dodge has revealed the first official images of their brand new seven-seat crossover known as the Durango. The Dodge Durango will use the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee unibody structure with the same engine line-up.

Unfortunately there are no proper images of the interior, however Dodge did show a few angled shots which reveal the steering wheel and instrument panel. Furthermore, we know that there is a seven seater layout in the form of 2+3+2.

Safety equipment and features for the 2011 Durango include front seat-mounted side air-bags, curtain air-bags, Electronic Stability Control, active head-restraints, Blind-Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path detection, Adaptive Cruise control and Keyless Entry.

Power comes from a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 and 5.7-litre HEMI V8 unit.
