Jaguar’s XF Hybrid: Advanced Flywheel Hybrid System For Seven Seconds Of Boost

Jaguar has used the Low Carbon Vehicle event in the United Kingdom to reveal a hybrid version of the XF saloon. The details on the Jaguar XF Hybrid are limited, however it was said that the model included an advanced flywheel hybrid system.
Because of the new hybrid system, there will be an energy-recollection system, start-stop systems and a lower fuel consumption.
The flywheel hybrid system is said to offer 60kW power in the form of a seven-second boost; a handy feature for overtaking.
