Spied Prior To Reveal: The Saab 9-4X Crossover

The Saab 9-4X crossover has been snapped prior to its reveal which should take place later this year — perhaps at the LA Show in November. There are no official details on this model just yet, but it’s expected that there will be a turbocharged 1.6-litre and a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine for the petrol range where the diesel models will boast a 2.0-litre engine. There’s a chance of Saab included a 2.8-litre V6 engine which boasts all-wheel-drive and a six-speed gearbox as well.

Saab’s 9-4X crossover is based on the 9-4X BioPower concept and this means wide lights all round.
