Paris 2010: The Citroen C5 Facelift

Citroen has revealed their C5 sedan and estate at the Paris Motor Show where it will boast new looks and new technologies. First up is the front end which includes LED lights, where the rear end boasts new tail lamps.

Engine-wise the C5 offers e-HDi diesel units with 82kW of power, start-stop systems and regenerative braking. There will be an electric gearbox and a fuel rating of 4.6-litres per 100km.

Citroen then added another new engine in the form of a 2.2-litre turbodiesel unit with 149kW of power and 450Nm of torque. This motor allows for a top speed of 230km/h and a 0-100km/h time of 8.3 seconds when connected to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The fuel rating on the range-topping diesel amounts to 5.9-litres per 100km.
